Wyniki sondy ulicznej
Podczas przeprowadzenia sondy ulicznej zadano grekom pytania:
“Czy kojarzą jakieś polskie dania?”
“Jaki jest najlepszy grecki deser?”
“Jakie jest ich ulubione danie?”
Na podstawie zebranych danych można stwierdzić, że grecy nie posiadają wiedzy na temat Polski, ciężko im jest powiedzieć jakie mamy dania i kulturę.
Przysmaki greckie
Ulubionymi jedzeniem są głównie potrawy greckie, takie jak musaka, sałatka grecka, tzatziki, różnego rodzaju mięso np. kleftiko a także ryby. Grecy z przyjemnością opowiadają o swojej kulturze, tradycjach i daniach.
Najpopularniejszym i jednym z ulubionych deserów jest baklava i ravani. Ravani, jest to tradycyjne greckie ciasto przygotowywane na bazie kaszy mannej i mieszanki różnych mąk. Ravani jest słodkim i bardzo wilgotnym ciastem, ponieważ po upieczeniu nasącza się go syropem cukrowym. Nazwa ravani jest używana przez mieszkańców południowej części Grecji, na północy używana jest nazwa revani.

During the street survey, the Greeks were asked questions:
“Do they associate any Polish dishes?”
“What’s the best greek dessert?”
“What’s their favorite dish?”
Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that the greeks have no knowledge about Poland, it is difficult for them to tell what dishes and culture we have.
Greek delicacies
Favorite foods are mainly greek dishes, such as musaka, greek salad, tzatziki, various kinds of meat e.g. kleftiko and fish. Greeks are happy to talk about their culture, traditions and dishes.
The most popular and one of the favorite desserts is baklava and ravani. Ravani, is a traditional greek cake prepared on the basis of manna groats and a mixture of different flours. Ravani is a sweet and very moist cake because after baking it is soaked with sugar syrup. The name ravani is used by the inhabitants of the southern part of Greece, the name revani is used in the north.
